Factory by Band of Horses
I’ve been listening to these guys on Spotify all day to prep myself for their concert tonight. I love this album and the two before it, but Mirage Rock (their most recent album) just doesn’t do much for me.
At least I know they’ll be wonderful in concert! I’ve seen them twice before. This will be the first time I’ve not been sitting to watch them, and also the first time to see them outside (and it will be 50ish degrees tonight).

I’m truly hoping that Band of Horses isn’t flat live. I don’t have perfect pitch, but it does annoy me when a band/artist sings slightly off-pitch … and I’m kinda worried these guys will. This is why I don’t go see many bands live (unless I’ve seen them before, ex: Gomez), and tend to prefer listening to recordings.
But hey, since the show is at my church, I get to see them for the price of parking (free if I luck out!) — so I won’t complain too much.
