I just happened to catch this Pati’s Mexican Table show on PBS Create yesterday evening and I loved it.  Pati has such a wonderful rapport with the camera, and everything she made looked delicious.  Even the squash salad she fixed looked delectable, and I usually dislike squash! livinginthelongrun: Mexican Hot Chocolate
